Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated · Written and checked by the Pret Loop team

Pret Loop exists for genuine shoppers. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download our catalog, images, or data, or use them to train AI models or seed competing catalogs;
• Attempt to breach, probe, overload, or disrupt the site, its payment flow, or its email systems;
• Place fraudulent orders, use stolen payment methods, or abuse the refund process (e.g., false damage claims);
• Spam our support channels or submit malicious content through forms;
• Impersonate Pret Loop, resell our imagery, or misrepresent an affiliation with us.

Violations may result in cancelled orders, blocked access, and reports to payment processors and law enforcement where appropriate. Suspicious activity is logged.
