Welcome to Pret Loop (pretloop.com). By browsing or ordering, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are. Pret Loop sells made-to-order women's clothing. Every item is manufactured after purchase.

2. Orders & payment. All orders are prepaid by card via Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfil (e.g., fabric unavailability) — that refund is our full liability in such cases.

3. Product accuracy. Showcase imagery is AI-generated to present designs. We work hard on accuracy, but minor variations in shade, texture, and finishing between images and the physical garment are inherent and accepted by ordering. See the refund policy for what counts as a defect.

4. Delivery. Timelines are estimates (see shipping policy). International duties are the customer's responsibility.

5. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site — see the acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property. All designs, images, text, and code on pretloop.com belong to Pret Loop — see DMCA & copyright. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse them without written permission.

7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

8. Changes. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to it. Material changes are noted in the changelog.
