Data Policy

We collect what an order needs, and almost nothing else. No profiling, no selling, no data broker anywhere in this business.

What we hold

Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number, email, size or measurements, and what you bought. Without these we cannot make or deliver a dress.

Payment evidence: the screenshot you send us and the reference on it. We never see or store your card number, wallet PIN or bank login.

Site activity: anonymous search terms and page views used to decide what to design next. These are not tied to your name.

Where it lives

On our hosting in an access-controlled database, reachable only by the site itself and the admin account. Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS end to end, and admin access is password protected with automatic lockout after repeated failed attempts.

Who else sees it

Couriers get your name, address and phone — the minimum needed to deliver. Our email provider handles order emails. Payment processors see the transaction, not your browsing. That is the whole list; nobody else receives your data, and nothing is ever sold.

How long we keep it

Order records stay while they are legally and commercially useful — for tax records and for handling any later complaint. Anonymous site activity is aggregated and trimmed regularly.
