Every Pret Loop dress is made to order — production begins after your payment is confirmed.

Timelines (production + delivery): approximately 10 days within Pakistan and 15 days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees; complex pieces or peak seasons (e.g., before Eid) can add a few days. We email you at every stage: confirmed → being stitched → packed → shipped → delivered.

Delivery cost: included in the price shown at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Address accuracy: you are responsible for providing a complete, correct address and reachable phone number. Re-delivery after a failed attempt caused by wrong details may carry courier charges.

Customs & import duties (international): any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Tracking: use the Track order page any time with your order number and checkout email.
