Your Data Rights (GDPR · UK · California · Worldwide)

Last updated · Written and checked by the Pret Loop team

Wherever you live, you can email [email protected] from the address on your order and we will act within the timelines the law requires (usually 30 days). We verify requests to protect your data from impostors.

European Union & EEA (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase ("right to be forgotten"), restrict, or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent (e.g., for advertising) at any time without affecting prior processing. Legal bases we rely on: contract (fulfilling your order), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, first-party analytics), and consent (marketing/advertising signals). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

United Kingdom (UK GDPR)

Identical rights to the above, supervised by the ICO (ico.org.uk).

California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of ad-related sharing, use the cookie settings page or email [email protected] with subject "California opt-out". We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Everywhere else

We extend the same courtesy globally: ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and we'll do it unless law requires us to keep specific records (e.g., tax records of completed orders).
