Ordering
Do I need an account? No. Order as a guest; your email is your receipt and tracking key.
How long does delivery take? About 10 days across Pakistan and 15 days internationally — every dress is stitched fresh after you order.
Can I pay cash on delivery? No. Pret Loop is prepaid only, by card through Stripe. It keeps prices honest and orders serious.
Can I get custom measurements? Yes — choose "Custom" as your size and reply to your confirmation email with measurements, or contact support right after ordering.
Product
What fabric is each dress made in? Every dress states its fabric on the product page and on the card — lawn, cambric, linen, chiffon, silk and so on. We choose the cloth that suits each design, so the fit and fall are right, and the price you see already includes it.
Can I shop by fabric or season? Yes. Use the Fabric and Season filters, or open a collection like Shop by Fabric to see everything cut in one cloth. Summer and winter pieces have their own collections too.
Will the color match the photos exactly? Very close, but not guaranteed pixel-perfect: showcase imagery is AI-generated to present the design, and real fabric under real light can vary slightly. This is stated on every product page.
Are these designs original? Yes — designs are 100% ours. See our DMCA & copyright page.
Problems
My dress arrived damaged or wrong. We fix it. Contact support within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos — full refund or free remake. Details in the refund policy.
Where is my order? Track it here with order number + email. You also receive an email at every stage.
Can I choose the fabric of my dress?
Yes — that's the heart of Pret Loop. Every dress page has a “Check the fabric” menu. The base fabric is included in the price; premium fabrics show their exact extra cost before you decide.
Why do some fabrics cost extra?
Fabrics genuinely differ in cost — lawn and silk are different worlds. We show each fabric's addition transparently and the total updates live, so the price you tap is the price you pay.
Can I change my fabric after ordering?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Before cutting begins we can usually adjust; once your fabric is cut, the dress is committed to you.
What about the colour?
Colours are shown exactly as photographed on each design — use the colour filter to find your shade across the collection.
When is my dress actually made?
The moment your payment confirms, your order enters the stitching queue — cut and sewn fresh for you, never pulled from stock.
Why does Pret Loop only design minimal dresses?
Because minimal shows you. Heavy work competes with the woman wearing it; clean lines frame her. Our motto is literally the brand: Wear Minimal. Live Minimal. One honest detail — piping, a pintuck — on plain plain, honest cloth. That's the whole philosophy.
Do you make embroidered or fancy dresses?
No — and we never will. No embroidery, lace, sequins, gota or heavy borders, on any occasion. For mehndis and parties we go richer in color and cleverer in cut, never louder in decoration. If you want fancy, we're honestly not your store; if you want to look effortlessly put together, welcome home.
