Children's Policy

Pret Loop is built for adults and sells adult women's clothing. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Who may order

You must be 18 or older to place an order, because ordering means entering a contract and sending payment. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must order for you and with you.

What we do not do

No children's sizes. Our size range is adult XS to XXL plus custom adult measurements.

No advertising to minors. Our social accounts and any future advertising target adults only.

No accounts for minors. We do not create profiles for anyone under 18.

If a child's data reaches us

Tell us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly, along with anything connected to it. We will confirm in writing once it is done — no forms, no argument.

For parents

If your child has used your device to place an order, contact us straight away. If stitching has not started we will cancel and refund it in full. Once cutting has begun we will still do our best to reach a fair outcome — write to us rather than to a courier.
