Sanctions & Export Compliance

Last updated · Written and checked by the Pret Loop team

We ship worldwide, with a short list of exceptions we cannot legally serve. This page explains what those are and what happens if an order falls into one.

Where we cannot ship

We do not ship to countries or regions covered by comprehensive international sanctions, or to any individual or organisation on applicable restricted-party lists. These lists change, so we check at the point of dispatch rather than promising a fixed list here.

What we check

Destination. The delivery country and region against current sanctions programmes.

Recipient. The name and organisation against restricted-party lists where required.

Route. Whether our courier partners are permitted to carry the parcel to that destination at all.

If your order cannot ship

We cancel it and refund you in full — including delivery — and we tell you why in plain language. We will never take payment and leave you guessing, and we will never quietly hold an order that cannot legally move.

Your part

By ordering you confirm you are not on a restricted-party list, you are not ordering on behalf of someone who is, and you will not re-export our clothing in breach of sanctions. Clothing is a low-risk product, but the obligation is real and it applies to both of us.

Questions

Unsure whether we can reach you? Ask support before you order and we will check the route first.
