Sizing before you buy

Not sure between two sizes? Send your measurements and we will tell you honestly which to choose, or whether a custom size makes more sense. Read the size guide first — it answers most of it.

Press, wholesale and collaborations

Write to [email protected] with the word PRESS or WHOLESALE in the subject and it reaches the right person faster.

Social

We answer DMs on Instagram too — though email is better for anything involving an order number.

Response times

Order questions: same day, usually within a few hours. Everything else: within two working days. If you have not heard back, write again — occasionally a message is eaten by a spam filter, and we would rather answer twice than not at all.
